Information submitted through forms

The firm uses submitted information to review the nature of the matter, potential conflicts, and the appropriate contact method. Do not send trade secrets, complete files, identification documents, financial data, or other confidential documents until instructed.

Client portal

The portal uses an encrypted session and separates access for each client. Client, matter, and billing data are managed by PolyAccounts and stored in Neon PostgreSQL. Netlify operates the site and secure gateway. Confidential file uploads will remain disabled until firm-approved private storage is active.

Technical providers and tracking

The site is hosted by Netlify and public forms are processed through its infrastructure. The current version does not install advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or third-party trackers. The portal uses only security cookies required to authenticate and protect the session.
